Organized by the American National Classical Music Performance Arts Federation, the MRL International Music Festival in New York, USA is dedicated to discovering, inspiring, and nurturing exceptional international talents in piano, vocal performance, and musical theater. The festival provides world-class music training programs, promotes the globalization of Chinese classical musicians through international cultural and educational exchanges, and enriches performance experience for both students and faculty.

Professor Robert White, a national treasure of American arts and vocal professor at The Juilliard School. Despite his advanced age, Professor White remains committed to teaching, offering vocal courses at our festival nearly every year to mentor young singers—a dedication that commands deep respect.
Professor Marc Silverman, Chair of the Piano Department at Manhattan School of Music. A longtime faculty member and recipient of the school's highest honors, Professor Silverman brings decades of distinguished teaching and performance experience.
