Promote int'l music education, sponsor festivals, advocate cultural exchanges, provide global performance opportunities for emerging artists, and create supportive environments for musicians.

Conducting int'l music competitions, education fairs, and workshops; offering professional certification/evaluation; publishing music materials; enhancing awareness of music pedagogy.
