Frantic search launched in effort to trace Scots teen last seen wearing kilt

Cops have launched a frantic search in an effort to trace a 16-year-old boy who was wearing a kilt when he was last seen.


Officers from Police Scotland say Rhys Sutherland vanished at around 11pm last night, Monday, 7, in the Cooper Park area of Elgin. It is believed he may have travelled to the Glasgow area. Rhys is described as white, around 6ft, of slim build with short shaved hair and was wearing a Kilt when he went missing.
